THE INTRO
THE HIT SINGLE: "I would so like to love you"
Teseo In Act Four, Agilea (soprano Amy Freston) momentarily wins Medea's sympathy, with a plaintive aria, attempting to fulfill Medea's wishes and convince Teseo to leave her. She begins with the words "Amarti si vorrei" -- saying, "I would so like to love you."
THE B SIDE: "Hissing, Howling!"
As Act Three ends, Medea (soprano Dominique Labelle) summons a host of frightening spirits, and in the furious aria "Sibillando, ululando" urges them to torment Agilea, declaring that, "Her torment brings pleasure to my heart."
