Chamber Sparks and Symphonic Fire

cl-cypress-100The Cypress String Quartet play Barber and Griffes; The Greensboro Symphony Orchestra take on Tchaikovsky, Prokofiev and Rachmaninoff, and the Western Piedmont Symphony finish off the Elgar Cello concerto on this edition of Carolina Live. Konstantin Lifschitz is the soloist for Rachmaninoff's Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini and plays a Bach encore.
